Returns & Exchanges Policy – 112 Giaodienshield
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges for our European Foods and related products may be requested under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.
- Final sale items, customized items, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before processing begins for a full refund.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Pack the items securely and include your receipt or packing slip.
- Complete and attach the required Returns Form sent to you by our support team.
- Ship the package using the same delivery carrier used for your original order unless otherwise instructed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
